Sunday • Leg 1

Vliho Bay (Lefkada) → Meganisi Swim Stop → Kalamos Port

Cast off from our private pontoon in Vliho Bay, set sail through the Meganisi Channel, stop for a swim in pristine waters, and dock at Kalamos Port.

📍 Leg Waypoints & Swim Stops
  • Departure: 10:00 AM departure from Vliho Bay base following boat orientation.
  • 🏊 Swim Stop 1 (Meganisi): Anchor at Loutrolimni Beach (Meganisi) for crystal-clear snorkeling and lunch onboard.
  • 🏊 Swim Stop 2 (Kalamos): Secondary afternoon swim stop at Porto Leone's abandoned village bay.
  • Final Arrival: Mooring at Kalamos Port. Enjoy dinner at George's famous waterfront taverna.
Kastos Beach
⚓ ~6 Nautical Miles ⏱️ ~1.5 Hours Sailing
Monday • Leg 2

Kalamos Port → Limni & Fyki Bay → Kastos Beach

Enjoy a short coastal hop along Kalamos to Kastos island, renowned for Caribbean-like turquoise coves and white pebble beaches.

  • Departure: Mid-morning departure from Kalamos Port.
  • 🏊 Swim Stop 1 (Kastos): Drop anchor in the turquoise waters of Limni Beach.
  • 🏊 Swim Stop 2 (Kastos): Afternoon swim at Fyki Bay for snorkeling around natural rocky reefs.
  • Final Arrival: Mooring at Kastos Port or free anchor off Kastos Beach with sunset drinks at the Windmill Bar.
Vathy Ithaca

Tuesday • Leg 3

Kastos Beach → Gidaki Beach (Ithaca) → Vathy Port

Cross the open Ionian channel towards Odysseus' island of Ithaca, stopping at famous beaches before entering Vathy's deep natural fjord.

  • Departure: Set sail early from Kastos for an open-water channel crossing.
  • 🏊 Swim Stop: Anchor at world-famous Gidaki Beach (Ithaca) for swimming in sapphire-blue waters.
  • Final Arrival: Tie up stern-to in Vathy's grand harbor. Explore neoclassical waterfront streets and local seafood tavernas.
Secret Bay Kefalonia

Wednesday • Leg 4

Vathy (Ithaca) → Foki Bay → Secret Bay (Kefalonia)

Head southwest towards northeastern Kefalonia to anchor in secluded coves surrounded by pine trees and sea caves.

  • Departure: Morning sail out of Vathy fjord along Ithaca's western cliffs.
  • 🏊 Swim Stop: Stop at Foki Bay (Kefalonia) surrounded by olive trees and sea caves.
  • Final Arrival: Night at anchor in Secret Bay under the stars, or optional mooring in Fiskardo village.
Vasiliki Port Lefkada
⚓ ~14 Nautical Miles ⏱️ ~2.5 Hours Sailing
Thursday • Leg 5

Secret Bay (Kefalonia) → Agiofili Beach → Vasiliki Port

Cross northern Kefalonia toward southern Lefkada, pausing at dramatic white cliffs before docking in lively Vasiliki Bay.

📍 Leg Waypoints & Swim Stops
  • Departure: Early morning paddleboarding in Secret Bay before setting sail north.
  • 🏊 Swim Stop: Anchor at Agiofili Beach for snorkeling over white pebbles and under towering cliffs.
  • Final Arrival: Mooring at Vasiliki Port. Enjoy promenade strolls, windsurfing views, and harborside dining.
Return to Vliho Bay Base
⚓ ~10 Nautical Miles ⏱️ ~2 Hours Sailing
Friday • Final Leg

Vasiliki Port → Papanikolis Cave → Vliho Bay Base

A relaxed coastal return cruise along Lefkada's eastern shoreline, pausing at Meganisi sea caves before returning home to Vliho.

  • Departure: Leisurely departure from Vasiliki towards Meganisi.
  • 🏊 Swim Stop: Final swim and dinghy exploration at Papanikolis Sea Cave.
