Should you charter a yacht with us, we may also automatically collect yacht coordinate tracking information, mainly for safety and emergency handling purposes, and to help us improve the level of charter base service you receive.

The amount and type of personal data we collect is always reasonable, necessary, and kept to the minimum required for operational and contract performance, legal requirements, or other legitimate interest, depending on the level of interaction.

- Master data: name and surname, date of birth, country of birth, nationality, personal identification number, tax number

Like almost any business worldwide, we obtain business-essential services such as e-mailing, form handling, direct messaging and data storage from external suppliers. We take great care in selecting only reputable, trustworthy suppliers, especially because they process and store your data on servers of their own, which may be located outside the country where you live or the European Economic Area (EEA). Our current suppliers for these purposes include:
