Think of it as “skippering with training wheels.” You are the Captain of your own vessel. You choose your crew (friends or family), you helm the boat, and you make the decisions. But you are never alone.
How It Works: A Day in the Flotilla
09:00 – The Morning Briefing Instead of staring at a chart wondering where to go, you join the Lead Crew for coffee. We map out the day’s route, warn you about shallow spots, and tell you exactly which bay has the best lunch stop. You leave the dock with a plan.
11:00 – Independent Sailing Once we leave the harbor, you are free. This is not a “ducks in a row” convoy. You sail at your own pace. Want to stop for a swim? Go ahead. Want to race another boat in the flotilla? Trim those sails! Our Lead Boat is always nearby on the VHF radio if you have any question.
17:00 – The Stress-Free Arrival This is the magic moment. The most stressful part of any charter is stern-to docking in a busy Greek port. In a Graduate Flotilla, that stress disappears. Our Lead Crew arrives first. When you arrive, we are standing on the dock waiting for you. We guide you in, catch your lines, and even hop aboard to help if the crosswind is tricky. You look like a pro, and your crew stays relaxed.
20:00 – Community & Fun Sailing is better with friends. In the evenings, you have the option to join group dinners, knot-tying competitions, or just drinks on the beach. You can swap stories with other skippers who are learning just like you.
